Jan blends breathwork, sound healing, and meditation to help regulate stress and reset your nervous system. With over 30 years of experience—ranging from massage therapy to hypnosis to energy work—her sessions combine ancient healing traditions with modern wellness practices. You’ll leave feeling grounded, recharged, and more present in your leadership and life.

Jan Magner's Bio: Jan Magner is a holistic healer with a thriving practice in San Antonio. A Licensed Massage Therapist since 1994, Jan is also certified in Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Reiki. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science, drawing from Native American, Hawaiian, and other indigenous healing traditions. She holds a BA in Physical Education with an emphasis in Dance and a minor in Musical Theatre.
Jan leads corporate retreats, private sound baths, and individual healing sessions. Her work helps reduce anxiety, calm the nervous stems, and restore a deep sense of wellbeing.
